Jonathan Hart B.A. Sc. Psych., PG Dip. Psych., M. Psych (Sport & Exercise), MAPS

Jonathan is a registered psychologist in Queensland and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). He completed his Master’s at The University of Queensland in 2006 and has worked with adults, adolescents, and children across a number of settings, assisting them to manage their individual issues and/or concerns.
He enjoys assisting individuals to achieve their goals, manage their life concerns, cope with the demands of being a human-being, or experience success in what ever they put their mind towards.

Jonathan also specialises in teaching social and emotional resilience skills to children and adolescents. He currently consults with several schools within the Brisbane area.
Jonathan's style of therapy is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is also experienced in the use of Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
