Ross Chapman
B.A, B.Ed, M.Ed, Grad Dip Psych, Post Grad Dip Psych, AMAPS

Ross is a consultant and counselling psychologist who assists clients in dealing with a range of psychological problems. He has a particular interest in relationship issues, family therapy, anxiety, addiction, anger management, depression and all areas of performance psychology. After careful assessment of the contributing factors, Ross utilises a combination of evidence based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and EMDR. He also assists adolescents in negotiating the particular issues associated with this stage of development, as well as educational challenges and career planning.
Ross has a significant background in dealing with workplace issues and is an experienced executive and performance coach, having consulted to clients including Macquarie Bank, AMP and St George Bank. He has also completed the Post-Graduate evidence-based coaching certificate at Sydney University.
