Mark is a fully registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Mark has master’s degrees in Psychology and Addictive Behaviours and is focused on helping clients create change and experience release from unwanted habits, addictive behaviours and related social and mental health problems.
Mark employs therapies that align with a client’s needs preferring those that develop insight and awareness such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Psychodynamic Therapy to assist his clients in developing a deeper understanding and evolving a stronger sense of self. He has also been trained in several other modalities including Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy and is currently completing a three-year training in Intensive Short Term Psychodynamic Therapy.
Mark’s interest areas include addictive behaviours, stress, anxiety, depression and the relationship, connection and physical issues that often accompany these conditions.
