Aroha is a registered General Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science (with First-Class Honours) in Health Psychology from Massey University in New Zealand. Aroha has experience delivering psychological services across the lifespan and in diverse settings, including not-for-profit and community organisations.
As a psychologist, she adopts a collaborative approach, working with her clients to achieve positive outcomes, enhance coping skills, develop inner strengths, and improve overall well-being.

Aroha works with adults and adolescents aged 16 and older, and is available Tuesday and Wednesday during the day. She is also available for telehealth consultations.
