Anshula Dang Counselling

Anshula is an independent counsellor who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based care. She works with people across the lifespan, helping them navigate emotional distress, life transitions, and complex personal experiences in a safe and supportive environment.

Anshula has experience providing counselling and support to both adults and young people, including those experiencing crisis, substance use challenges, and psychosocial stressors. She has delivered individual and group-based interventions, and brings a strong foundation in cognitive-behavioural approaches, motivational interviewing, and client-centred care.

Anshula is deeply committed to ongoing learning and professional development, with training in suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. She values building genuine therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with clients to support meaningful and sustainable change.

Her approach is warm, non-judgemental, and strengths-based, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Anshula works with adults and adolescents (12 and older) and is available on Thursdays for both face-to-face appointments and telehealth consultations via Zoom Pro or telephone.
